Sessions include a combination of techniques, based on your particular issues, needs and preferences. The techniques used may include: therapeutic massage, Swedish (relaxation) massage, sports or deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, assisted stretching, passive stretching, PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) stretching, myofascial decompression cupping and breathwork.

Services are provided by Deborah Hernandez, a Missouri state licensed massage therapist since 2004, in a beautiful, relaxing office setting located in Crestwood (St. Louis County), MO.

First-time clients are asked to fill out a health intake form so that the most appropriate care can be provided based on current issues/complaints and any medical conditions, past or present. Please use the online scheduling system to schedule your appointment when possible. I am with clients all day and driving kids to activities all evening so it is very difficult for me to respond to phone calls quickly.
